I have been doing yoga and pilates for about 6 months to get the benefits (better breathing, anxiety,stress) i was just wondering if i were to stop doing this on a regular basis, maybe all together would I lose all, some or none of the benefits I have gained over time and will my anxiety likely come back?
I have been doing it for a year now (both) and when i miss a week I start to feel "stiff" and cranky. So for me yes. Its like crack now!!
Yoga/pilates?
